Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, even if you are really looking forward to a relaxing stay at Bumblebee Cabin. To avoid any misunderstandings, we apply the following clear cancellation policy:

Cancellation before your arrival

1. Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival

You can cancel free of charge and will receive a full refund (including all taxes and fees) if you do this no later than 5 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Simply put: If your check-in is on Saturday, you must cancel by the Monday before.

2. Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival

If you cancel when there are fewer than 5 days between the cancellation date and the check-in date, we will charge a portion of the costs:

You pay the cost for one full night.

You receive 50% of the rental price back for all remaining nights of the booking that you will not use.

Early Departure

If you decide to leave early after checking in, we calculate the refund amount as follows:

You pay for the nights that you have already spent in the accommodation.

You also pay the cost for one extra night after your departure date.

You receive 50% of the rental price back for all remaining nights of the original booking.

Any taxes will be refunded proportionally according to the amount reimbursed.

How to Cancel:

Cancellations must always be submitted in writing via email to info@bumblebee-cabin.nl, or by using the contact form on this website. Your cancellation is only final after you have received our written confirmation of receipt.
